As a returning caddie it is expected that you contact me so I know that you have a desire to return.  I will let HR know to be expecting you. In 1991, the first golf ball was struck onto the world’s only movable floating island green.  The Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf course now serves 25,000+ guests a summer, with Mr. Hagadone’s vision of an experience unlike any other, lived out through the work of our incredible team.  

 

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE 

Forecaddies at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course are energetic, engaging, passionate, personable and welcoming. Through the lens of service, we seek candidates who are dedicated to the guest experience and strive for best-in-class customer service, while supporting the execution of a variety of unique events at the CDA Resort Golf course.  No other Hagadone employee spends more time with our guests than our Forecaddies. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Be a great teammate 
• Creatively enforce the rules for our pace of play standards 
• Customize service to meet guest needs 
• Navigate 18-hole course on foot 
• Maintain clean and organized clubs for all Guests 
• Provide accurate information about our course and yardages with laser rangefinder  
• Locate golf balls 
• Course Care: Rake sand bunkers, fix pitch marks, replace divots 
• Clean golf carts pre and post round 
• Retrieve food and beverage items when necessary  

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Must work weekends/holidays 
• Must have personal Rangefinder (Available for purchase in pro shop) 
• High school degree or equivalent educational experience preferred 
• Must be at least 19 years of age 
• Ability to run/walk continuously throughout round (Roughly 5 hours) 
• Some knowledge of golf is preferred 
• Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
